Hino leads the way in customer satisfaction
Hino offers additional value and continues to satisfy customers
Customers who elect to buy a new Hino 300 medium truck before the end of 2021 will be eligible for a 50 percent discount on a Hino Care service plan which covers the vehicle for three years or 100 000km.
The Hino 300 operates at a competitive average of 21 cents/kilometre so the addition of the significant saving on the service plan makes this model an even more attractive proposition.
Having a Hino Care service plan in place also means a significant saving in vehicle uptime, pre-authorised payment means that it is possible to get same day service at a Hino dealership. The customer also benefits from servicing by a Hino trained technician using genuine parts and a two-year warranty on those parts.
The brand new Hino 300 was launched earlier this year. The range comprises 12 models ranging from 5.5 to 8.5-ton GVM with a choice of manual or automatic transmissions.
Hino dominates satisfaction ratings
Hino South Africa continues to dominate the DATATrack comparative truck study ratings. The results for the third quarter were released recently where Hino scored 99,78% in the combined score as well as leading the three categories that comprise the total including Sales (99,96%), Technical Service (99,93%) and Parts Supply (99,45%).
The independent customer satisfaction survey of local truck owners and operators has been undertaken quarterly since 1989 and is a highly regarded benchmark of the standards of service provided by local truck manufacturers, distributors and dealers.
Hino has topped the combined list and its score of 99,78% is a record, surpassing the company’s previous highest rating of 99,72% achieved in the second quarter of 2019.
