Mitsubishi Motors South Africa (MMSA) have been putting in a lot of effort into ensuring that their customer service, customer retention and positive brand image are at a high level. In recognition of these efforts, MMSA was rewarded by Mitsubishi Motors Middle East & Africa for being a top performer. A local employee also received an award for being one of the top performing service advisors in the region.

Mitsubishi South Africa is very proud of Chantel Botha and the entire East Rand team for receiving an award for being one of the best service advisors in the region.

 

Botha’s high scores also means that she is the best Mitsubishi service advisor in South Africa and she was therefore presented with MMSA’s prestigious Customer Service Excellence Award.

 

Mitsubishi South Africa believes Botha’s remarkable achievement and the recognition she has received will inspire staff within their dealer network as service staff play a crucial role in the commitment to customer service.

 

The Customer Service Excellence Award aims to reward staff members who go the extra mile and is one of the initiatives implemented to bolster customer retention and help grow the Mitsubishi brand in South Africa.
